Individual Counselling
Individual therapy provides a safe, validating space to heal, gain clarity, and rediscover how you want to show up in your life. Whether you are struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, and feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and perhaps hopeless, individual therapy can be a beautiful way to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences (both current and historical).
Child and Youth Counselling
Your child will meet with their therapist on a one-to-on basis. Prior to booking the first appointment please reach out to the therapist you would like your child to see as we prefer to meet with parents first without the child present. Elements of play, expressive arts and talk therapy are incorporated depending on developmental appropriateness to help children/youth explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe non invasive manner.
Each therapist works with different ages. Elizabeth works with children ages 8 and older, while Jessica sees those ages 12 and older.
Parent coaching and/or support is available regardless of the age of your child and is best booked through Individual Counselling for the parent or Couples Counselling if both parents wish to be present.
